We can work with your team to develop a plan and budget for your event. This can include brainstorming themes, keynote speakers, learning sessions, venues, and special events to attract the type and number of participants that you desire.

Event Management

Want to participate in your event instead of manage it? We will handle all of the logistics before, during and after the event!

This includes working with the venue staff to layout and prepare the site, determining and placing food and beverage orders, coordinating audio/visual requirements, and ensuring proper flow of the event. Additionally, we will be on site to handle participant needs, troubleshoot issues and ensure your event goes as planned. Services include:

  • Provide complete fiscal services from budget management to bill payment
  • Research availability and cost of potential facilities
  • Handle all facility, A/V and speaker arrangements
  • Organize special events and tours
  • Obtain accreditation if appropriate

Sponsor and Tradeshow Marketing and Management

Having developed and refined a successful sponsorship program and exhibit expo for our own Government IT Symposium as well as many client events, we know how to design an event that will attract and retain key companies and organizations as sponsors and exhibitors. Services include:
