Is your goal to become an average educator or one of excellence? Do you want to work in a proficient or average school or an excellent school? Do you strive to limit your students to meet the minimum expectations or do you strive for excellence for all? Participants will explore how the systems we've created are getting the results they've been designed to produce. Through the exploration of beliefs, dispositions, and expectations, and implementing the constructs of academic optimism and professional community, we will create systems of equity and excellence.
