We are excited to share with you that we will be participating in a one-of-a-kind conference for Minnesota pre-K-12 educators that I thought would interest you. On August 9, hundreds of educators from all disciplines across Minnesota will come to the Saint Paul RiverCentre to connect, learn and share at the A+ Education Conference. This year's conference will focus on Transforming Learning, in order to enhance learning across educational settings and functions and lead to improvements in learning outcomes.
The conference begins with a keynote by Garth Larson, part-time Director of Learning for the Winneconne Community School District in Northeast Wisconsin and President of FIRST Educational Resources in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In a fun and engaging conversation, Larson will ask about the decisions we make daily that impact students. After that, attendees will be able to select and attend a variety of different breakout sessions, interactive workshops and affinity group discussions so that attendees will not only learn about the latest research and resources for transforming learning, but can also share their experiences with others. What's more, CEU credits will be provided for attendees, so if you need CEUs, this is a great time to earn them!
What better way to kick off the 2018 school year than to come to this unique, yet comprehensive, learning opportunity?
