GTS develops workshops for specific audiences in three contexts:

1. Under contract with a professional association such as the Minnesota Government Finance Officers to serve its constituents
2. Initiated by GTS to meet identified needs (such as the annual series of Land Use Planning Workshops for Local Government Officials—Appointed, Elected and Staff—and Interested Citizens)
3. Customized for an individual city, county or school (such as Customer Service training for McLeod County)

You can rely on GTS for some or all of the listed services, depending on your workshop needs:

• Identify scope (one-time, on-site or series in multiple locations)
• Identify educational objectives and priority content
• Identify knowledgeable speakers
• Facilitate workshop design and development
• Secure meeting facilities
• Manage logistics
• Create promotional materials (e-flyers, hard copy, website)
• Set-up and implement registration
• Prepare participant packets (including handouts)
• Develop and manage overall work plan, timeline, and budget
• Develop and implement an evaluation process
