Richard SpencerProject Leader / Director of Business Development rspencer@mngts.org Rich develops and directs implementation of large technology-related conferences and exhibit shows as well as major marketing, sponsorship and other revenue-generating efforts. He works closely with the Executive Director and Business Manager to develop and refine the organization's business plan and annual budget for review and approval by the GTS Board. Rich has held various positions with GTS (and its predecessor joint powers organization) since 1986. He has been Organization Development Associate with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, a classroom teacher and vocational counselor for two school districts and a small business owner. Rich has a B.S. in Education and has completed coursework for his Masters in Training and Development at the University of Minnesota.
