Mary SabatkeProgram Planner/ Facilitator msabatke@mngts.org Mary works with a variety of public sector, non-profit and collaborative planning groups to design, market and implement major conferences and specific workshops. She also works with these groups to tailor in-house consulting and training efforts to address issues from an organization-wide basis, and serves as a group facilitator and trainer in specific content areas. Mary draws upon those skills as facilitator for the Partners in Policymaking project, an eight-month leadership development program presented annually. She has an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Spanish from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, a Certificate in Training and Development and has completed course work for the Masters in Training and Development from the University of Minnesota. Mary serves on the Board of Directors for the Neighborhood Involvement Program (N.I.P.), a non-profit social service agency, and recently completed a term as Vice Chair of the Board.
