Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions
If inclement weather (or other circumstances beyond our control) necessitate cancellation or postponement, notification will be posted on the WCCO web sites (www.WCCO.com and www.830WCCO.com).
Fees will be refunded (minus a $20 processing charge) if cancellation is received by Wednesday, November 24, 2010. Persons pre-registered but not pre-paid who don’t attend will be billed the entire registration fee. Substitute representatives will be accepted at any time. Please note that all registrations are for one individual only and may not be shared.
