EXHIBITOR INFORMATION Registration - On-line registration will be available soon. Paper registrations may be mailed or faxed in. Download registration form FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2008
Payment - Payment for exhibit space and sponsorships must be received by December 5, 2008 to insure your participation.
Exhibit Hours - Details will be sent with confirmation packet. Confirmation Packet - A confirmation packet will be emailed to individuals identified on your registration form. It will include updated information on the Symposium, details regarding your booth, reminders of deadlines and so forth.
Exhibit Floor Plan - Coming soon. You will be contacted in regards to booth location selection. Best of Show - Incorporate the 2008 theme (to be finalized soon) into your booth and you could win the 2008 Best of Show and receive a 50% discount on your 2008 single booth space. Detailed information regarding this year’s theme will be included in your Confirmation Packet. Ad Submission - Sponsorship Packages include a DISPLAY AD in the Symposium Program and Exhibit Guide. GTS can receive your black & white ad electronically in a .tif or .eps or 'pdf format. Ads must be received no later than Friday, November 14, 2008.

Information for the Symposium Program and Exhibit Guide - Exhibiting companies will receive a form to complete containing the information for the Symposium Program and Exhibit Guide. It will request company contact, profile of services and products etc. It also requests the names for booth staff for name badges. Please make sure to complete that form and return it at your earliest convenience to insure inclusion in the guide. Silent Auction - The Silent Auction is a wonderful draw in the exhibit hall year after year. Attendees love the opportunity to pick up a great item at a great price. You choose what you want to contribute, showcase it in your booth and take bids throughout the day. (The MN Gift Law prohibits door prize drawings so you are encouraged to utilize the Silent Auction to draw people to your booth) A portion of the proceeds from the Silent auction will benefit the Emergency Foodshelf Network Booth Give-Aways - Remember the MN Gift Law limits the value of items that many conference attendees can accept at $5.00. Door prize drawings are not allowed!
Lunches for booth staff - The RiverCentre does not have an on-site food venue, but there are restaurants/fast food options within walking distance. The option to order box lunches is available on the Exhibitor registration form. Conference Registrations and
