Reggie EdwardsBoard Chair Reggie has led this joint powers entity governed by 36 local elected and eight appointed officials since 2001. Prior experience includes City Administrator for the City of Chisago City; Senior Policy Analyst (County Manager's Office), Ramsey County; and Management Analyst, Minnesota Department of Transportation. He has served on a variety of boards including the Minnesota City/County Managers Association, Minnesota Sustainable Development Board, League of Minnesota Cities and appointed by the Governor to the Minnesota Council of Black Minnesotans. Reggie holds a B.A. and Masters of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, and was a Hubert H. Humphrey Policy Fellow at the University of Minnesota in 1998 and a German Marshall Fellow in 2000.
