Dianne MillerBoard Member Dianne Miller currently serves as Assistant City Administrator for the City of Eagan. In her 10-year career with the City, she has been responsible for carrying out the direction of the Council, serving City advisory commissions in the areas of airport noise and energy & the environment, assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the City, and responding to citizen requests and concerns. Dianne is a member of the Minnesota City and County Management Association (MCMA). Since 2005, she has served as Chair of the MCMA Educational Initiatives Committee, a group of City and County Managers committed to teaching the next generation about the role and importance of local government. Dianne has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Public Management Professionals (APMP), better known as the professional organization for Assistant City Administrators, and served as APMP President in 2008. That same year, her colleagues across the State recognized Dianne with the APMP Assistant City Administrator of the Year Award. Dianne has significant conference planning experience, as she has served on the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) National Conference Planning Committee and has been a member of annual MCMA annual conference planning committees, where she worked closely with GTS staff to ensure an excellent educational opportunity for the City and County managers across the state.
