Claudia Dengler is a business planning consultant to mission-driven organizations and entrepreneurs.  She formerly served in several leadership positions at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation including their Vice President of Programs.   She has an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in Criminal Justice from American International College (Springfield, MA) plus her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.  Her specialties include strategy development, business planning, operations, restructuring, systems change and reform.  Claudia has experience using data and a proprietary management framework to help organizations create a culture of excellence and get better results at the same or less cost.  She currently also serves as a board member for the Citizens League.
