Advance registration for this event is now closed. 
On-site registrations will be accepted on a space available basis on August 7th at Northwestern College .  Please arrive at the college ( 3003 Snelling Avenue North , St. Paul ) at 8:00 a.m. and proceed to the Totino Fine Arts Center .
